Access to the Market Trend Signal™ application Web site is based on membership and subscription status. Clients are required to enroll into the Market Trend Signal™ application Web site in order to participate in online application activities. This Policy pertains to all subscription levels: Monthly, Quarterly and Annually, all of which have a FREE 30 day trial period.

Client credit card information is required for trial subscription and trial membership account setup as a validation process to prevent frivolous enrollment and to ensure proper membership servicing. Trial subscriptions and trial membership accounts are NOT billed provided that the client exercises the option to cancel his or her trial membership any time during the 30 day trial period. All trial subscriptions and trial membership accounts that have not been cancelled will automatically start a billing cycle at the conclusion of the trial period. Clients should be actively aware of their subscription renewal date which is found on their home page.

Books and DVDs can be returned for a full refund within 60 days of purchase if the contents are not opened or used in any way. Damaged items can be returned at any time for a full replacement at no charge.
