Am I billed immediately if I get the annual or quarterly subscription?

No. All subscription options have a 30 day trial period. Your billing cycle will begin after the 30 day trial.

How can I update my subscription from Month to Month to a discounted Quarterly or Annual subscription?

You may change your subscription option at any time, by logging into your account and clicking on the 'My Account' link in the upper right corner. Click on the Subscription Option tab, and choose the new option you would like. The new pricing will take place on your next billing cycle date. If you are still in your 30 day trial you will be billed the new amount at the end of the trial.

I keep getting an error that my username or password is incorrect?

Be sure to enter the correct email you signed up with and double check the spelling. If you forgot your password go to the login page and click on forgot password and it will be emailed to you.

I would like to cancel my service how do I do this?

To cancel, login to your account and click on the cancel tab.

We recommend using www.tdameritrade.com www.optionsxpress.com www.thinkorswim.com www.scottrade.com www.interactivebrokers.com all are excellent and have order types that we suggest using in the MTS system.

What markets can I trade with your system?

We currently provide data on all US and Canada listed and OTC (over-the-counter or bulletin board) stocks and ETF's (this includes all ADR's). We also provide data on all major FX (forex, foreign exchange, currencies) pairs.

What subscription options are available and how much are the subscription options?

We have a month to month for $49.95, Quarterly for $124.95, Annual for $469.80 All subscription options have a 30 day trial before you are billed. If you start out with one option but want to switch options, please contact us and we can take care of that for you.
